Limit one Entry per Entrant. Any Entry not meeting all Entry requirements stated herein will be void.

The judges will be determined at Baltimore Homecoming ’s sole discretion, with representation from Baltimore Homecoming and M&T Bank.  The judges will assess each Entry individually based on the judging criteria developed and implemented by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
